Noel Scott, 82, of Uvalde died on Nov. 14, 2016, at Amistad Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services are pending with Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A complete obituary will appear in a future edition of the Uvalde Leader-News.
