Paul Allen French of Uvalde passed away at the age of 75 on Aug. 10, 2016, after a prolonged illness. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Nancy L. French, and his 97-year-old mother, Lucille French. Allen is also survived by his three sons, Randy A. and his wife Sonia; Woody R. and his wife Christine; and Dwayne. Allen had 5 grandchildren that adored him: Wesley K.; Jonathan D.; Travis A.; Whitney B. and Wylie A. Allen also leaves behind his loving sister, Shirley French, and her daughters, Renee and her husband, Kelly Looper; Rachel and her husband, Jesse de Soto, and their children. Allen had a firm belief in the Bible’s hope of the resurrection, which will be the subject of his memorial to be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 210 Jolly St. in Uvalde, on Aug. 20, 2016, at 2 p.m.
