Bill Lee Smith, 68, of Brackettville died on Sept. 8, 2016, at his residence. A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at La Pryor Cemetery. He was born on Feb. 25, 1948, in Uvalde to Lula Mae (McCullough) and Hal Smith. He is survived by three sons, Bobby McMullin of La Pryor, Bryan Ivy of Fort Worth, and Randy Ivy of Oklahoma; one daughter, Rhonda Vick of Bandera; one sister, Lois Walker of La Pryor; four grandchildren, Haley Fogarty, Ty Ivy, Jason Barajas, and Colby Barajas; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Fogarty and Alyssa Barajas; seven nieces and nephews, Darren Dube, Tracy Dube, Cheryl King, Jason Dube, Eric Dube, Katie Smith, and Milton Smith Jr.; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Smith was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma Jean Smith; and one brother, Milton Smith.
