Trenton Wayne Davis, 31, of Hondo, formerly of Knippa, died on Dec. 8, 2016, in Val Verde County. He was born on Nov. 28, 1985, in Uvalde to Stana Marie Becker and Charles Davis Jr. He is survived by his father, of La Pryor; mother, of Hondo; wife, Melody English Davis of Hondo; three children, Connor Davis, Ty Davis, and Hayden Davis, all of Hondo; two brothers, Trevor Davis and wife, Lindsey, of La Vernia, and Kenneth Roberts III of Hondo; paternal grandparents, Sandra Dicke Stephens and husband, Tommy, of Uvalde, and Charles W. Davis and wife, Bev, of Cuero; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Davis was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wanda and Stanley Becker. A funeral service was held on Monday at 1 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary, followed by interment at Knippa Cemetery. Pallbearers were Johnny Rodriguez, Kolby Klaus, Tim Brice, Shawn McDonald, A.J. Martinez, and Will Sanderlin. Honorary pallbearer was Dustin Voigt.
