Dewey Saunders Carlisle, 87, of San Antonio, formerly of Uvalde, died on March 3, 2017, in San Antonio. A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Uvalde. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Dr. John Barnes medical expense fund, c/o First Baptist Church of Uvalde, 220 N. High Street, Uvalde, TX, 78801, 830-278-6283.
