Osmar Coronado Valerio, 67, of Uvalde died on March 27, 2017, at Uvalde Memorial Hospital. He was born on Feb. 20, 1950, in Knippa to Ursela (Coronado) and Eugenio Valerio. He married Esmeralda Arroyo on July 3, 1974, in Uvalde. He is survived by one daughter, Veronica Valerio of Uvalde; three sons, Angel A. Valerio and Christopher Osmar Valerio, both of Uvalde, and David A. Valerio of Portales, New Mexico; three sisters, Maria Belia Valerio, Minerva Valerio, and Virginia Esquivel, all of Knippa; eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, and three brothers, Ramiro Valerio, Ruben Valerio and Domingo Valerio. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
